roasting plants strategically located across the country, fresh
roasting to order is not a problem for us, whatever the size of
your order.
To ensure the
best quality in every cup of our coffee, all our roasting plants
boast up-to-date technology and comprehensive quality control.
The highest
quality Arabica and Robusta coffees are optically scanned, thus
preventing even a single defective bean from entering the roasting
stage.
Unlike common
rotating drum roasters, our roasting machines use a powerful hot
air blower so that the beans and the heat source never touch eachother.
Coffee packages
are vacuum-sealed after roasting, preserving product freshness and
flavour for over a year.
Depending upon
your location, our shipment will arrive at your business within
7 - 14 working days from the time you place your order. That means
you can guarantee that your customers are brewing fresh-tasting
genuine Italian espresso roasted by one of Sao Café's master
roasters.
